I believe that therapy is deeply personal. You are trusting me with some the hardest moments in your life. It is only fair you know a bit about me as well! I am married to the love of my life and am a devoted cat mama to my little siamese cat, Gracie. You can find me at the beach walking the trails, enjoying a matcha latte at a local coffee shop, or cooking a new recipe at home! I also love creating content on Instagram via my therapy account @beachy.therapist!
I am a born and raised Orange County native. I attended Concordia University Irvine and graduated with my Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences, with a minor in Psychology. From there, I attended University of California’s School of Social Work, I graduated in 2018. I am so grateful for my education and for my ability to provided quality care to my clients because of it. They say when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life - that rings true for me!
